Workers and consumers alike are looking for a better way to do business. It’s not just about the bottom line, the biggest salary, or the best deal — it’s about the impact made on the community and planet That’s why BLab created Certified B Corporations.
What is a B Corporation?
B Corporations (B Corps) meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. So what does that mean? It means that companies recognize the responsibility for every decision, from big swings like transitioning to renewable energy to small steps like removing plastic straws and stirrers. In the past, the question would be, “Is this good for the business?” with a B Corp Certification, the question becomes, “Is this good for the business and the global greater good?”
